Exchanges:
You may want to exchange your item, for example to a different size shoe. If so please contact us so we can guide you through the process. Product price only will be refunded & a re-stocking / admin fee of $15 may be charged. You must return it, at your expense, in unused / unmarked condition with all original packaging included. I recommend in this case your return shipping should include tracking (eg; signature of delivery). In the event we do not receive it, you will be responsible for chasing this up with whoever you shipped with. Please do not send your purchase back without authorisation from us to do so. All returns will be sent to an Australian address at purchasers cost.
Refunds
If you experience any of the following you may be eligible to request a refund.
- You don't receive your products within our
45 day guaranteed shipping time(not including 2 - 5 days processing time). Although we will do our utmost to deliver within this time-frame (due to Covid-19 we can't currently honour this guarantee). See shipping. - You receive the wrong product.
- If you don't want the product you ordered, for any reason, you must return it, at your expense, in unused / unmarked condition with all original packaging included. I recommend in this case your return shipping should include tracking (eg; signature of delivery). In the event we do not receive it (you will be responsible for chasing this up with whoever you shipped with).

No Refunds Given If:
- Factors within your control are responsible for your order not to arrive (for example providing the wrong or incomplete shipping address).
- You do not receive your order due to exceptional circumstance we have not control over (eg not clearing customs or natural disasters etc).
- Other circumstances outside our control.
- You do not do your best due diligence when ordering products.
Time for Refunds
Refunds / returns cannot be applied for after 14 days of receiving / taking possession of the order. In most instances product price only will be given for approved returns / exchanges & a re-stocking / admin fee of $15 may be charged.
